TheĀ September 2009 Exit Survey results are now available! The data collected provides visitor market information for use by Tourism Victoria and its industry members for making business and marketing decisions. The multi-page survey is administered three times a year, using a quota sample intercept methodology, at the Swartz Bay BC Ferries terminal, the MV Coho terminal, the Victoria International Airport, and Clipper Navigation. Four visitor publics are targeted: rubber tire (at the Swartz Bay terminal and at the MV Coho terminal), air travel (at the Airport), and foot passengers (on the Clipper).
