True North Gelato
This is a new restaurant located 910 Government Street and offer wonderful homemade pizzas, gelato and yummy gelato creations such as Spaghetti Gelato (they run gelato through a pasta machine so it then resembles spaghetti, top it with strawberries and whip cream – YUM).
Waffles To Go
Artisan carver and woodworker, Renaat Marchand has turned to his Belgian roots – selling authentic Belgian waffles on the Inner Harbour causeway. Early indications are, that Waffles To Go is very popular as tourists, government workers and locals gobble the thick, golden slabs off the portable grill, located just down the stairs from the wax museum.
